Back on the road: Noah Bachofen & Nico Franzoni are continuing their Culinary Grand Tour of Switzerland – this time through Eastern Switzerland!

With the launch of a brand-new YouTube series, Switzerland Tourism kicks off the summer season of a three-part culinary journey – to be continued in autumn and winter, each with three episodes.

In this first season, Noah & Nico dive into Eastern Switzerland’s culinary world – from Ribelmais and Appenzeller cheese to Swiss wine, farmer shops, mountain action and fine dining with chef Silvio Germann at Mammertsberg.

Watch the full summer season now and discover Eastern Switzerland’s culinary diversity, told in entertaining, authentic style by two food-loving friends with curiosity, charm and appetite:

What’s it all about? In line with our “Travel Better” mission, this series brings audiences closer to Switzerland’s culinary soul: Noah & Nico meet local producers, take a look behind the scenes of Swiss gastronomy, and uncover the people and values that make each region unique. It’s about authenticity, craftsmanship, and sustainable discovery, one bite at a time.
