Press Release – Kitchen Renovation and New Menu 

From 9 to 13 February, the gastronomy kitchen at the Appenzeller Schaukäserei will be renovated. During this period, the gastronomic offering will be limited.

During the renovation, the Schaukäsi Restaurant will offer a self-service buffet, available daily from 11:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m., featuring:

– Salads
– Hot meat loaf
– Chäshörnli (Swiss macaroni with cheese)
– Boiled sausage
– Dessert (cake)

The price is CHF 24.50 per person.

From 14 February, guests will be welcomed with a new à la carte menu. At the same time, the dessert menu will be completely renewed.

The Appenzeller Schaukäserei thanks its guests for their understanding and looks forward to welcoming them with a new culinary offering after the renovation.
