Our hostess explains the finer points of how tasty Appenzeller® cheese is made as part of the tour in either German, English or French. One thing is certain though – she will not divulge the secret of the herbal blend.

Seminars and banquets

In our two cosy guest lounges – far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life – you can hold seminars for up to 40 persons in a calm, interesting and creative way. Enjoy market-fresh food, cheese specialities and mouth-watering dishes made from regional produce in the restaurant before and after the seminar.

Planning a festive banquet? We can cater for a maximum of 150 persons. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be delighted to advise and assist with the planning.

Tasty christmas dinners

In our restaurant, groups can enjoy tasty Christmas dinners in traditional or elegant style. We are also happy to prepare an aperitif for you, which you can enjoy beforehand in the outdoor area with flickering fire bowls or directly in the show area. Our three rooms “Marktplatz, Höckli & Kessi” offer space for up to 150 people. Here you can take a virtual look around our premises.
