Urs Buchegger, operations manager of the cheese show dairy, achieved 2nd place in the World Cheese Championship Cheese Contest with an impressive 98.975 points. The coveted award in the form of a beautiful, framed medal recently arrived by post from the United States in Stein AR. This award emphasises the excellent quality of our Appenzeller® cheese and is proof of the dedication and passion that goes into every wheel of Appenzeller® cheese.
