The Appenzeller® Cheese Bratwurst combines spicy Appenzeller® cheese with savory Mostbröckli for a rich and perfectly balanced taste. The Appenzeller® Cheese Schüblig stands out with its smoky flavor and spicy cheese note, giving it its unique regional character.
